 Special Half Day Course 'Cookery Morning with Lunch' - £75 Tuesday 16th September 2008 There will be a short informative demonstration, before the guests cook under the supervision of our highly experienced chefs and teachers. We will be using great local produce in season to create an Autumn meal. Free range and organic ingredients are used wherever possible. Special diets can be catered for if notice is given in advance. We will conclude with lunch made up of the dishes created during the session. All washing up, weighing up and mise en place is done for the guests.
