The A - Z of Chillies - We will be exploring the different uses and preparation techniques of a wide range of fresh, dried and preserved chillies which we shall incorporate in dishes from around the world.The course will explain and show you how to safely prepare fiery and boisterous chillies and their milder relations.We will use chillies in an exciting range of starters, main courses and sweet dishes obtaining different heat levels and discovering their many and unique flavours.
