The Manor School of Fine Cuisine at The Nottingham School of Cookery - Day Courses 2008
Fun packed, these very popular cookery sessions are available mid week and weekends throughout the year. Great idea instead of a Christmas party or if you are fed up with the usual team building sporty competitive activities. These days can be enjoyed by all ages and all abilities (including no cooking ability !)
You and your team can decide what style of cooking and recipes you would like to cover. We have found that the courses which work well for theses events include a multi course meal such as Italian, Spanish, Thai, Indian or Seasonal Supper menus.
Timings are totally flexible to suit the group. The days are designed to suit your teams needs, catering for special dietary requirements where needed.
Type 1…10am – 4.30pm concluding after afternoon tea
Type 2… 10am concluding after a leisurely lunch followed by coffee
Type 3… Starts at 2.30pm. Guests invited by the group can join the team for the evening meal. A fun relaxing finale to a great day.

The school provides all equipment and produce. All washing up is done for our guests as well as all weighing up, so that guests can really focus on the food preparation and eating. Aprons and recipe folios are also provided.
The Principle of the School and chief lecturer is Claire Tuttey CB Dip., CGC., and MCFA. Who trained and later taught at the Cordon Bleu School in London. Claire founded the Manor School of Fine Cuisine nineteen years ago after having run restaurants both abroad and in this country.
