We will be showing you how to prepare really tasty Spanish Tapas that you may then take home.
Our menus for this session are:
SECTION 1:
Tortilla with Iberian ham or Tortilla with onion and Manchego cheese, suitable for vegetarians

SECTION 2
Iberian Fritters – Spanish potato croquettes with Serrano ham or cheese or Patatas Bravas – served in a delicious roasted pepper, chilli, tomato and garlic sauce, suitable for vegetarians

SECTION 3
Pistou Manchego – ragout of courgettes and peppers cooked in red wine with garlic, chilli and tomatoes - suitable for vegetarians or Pinchitos –little spiced minced lamb kebabs

SECTION 4
Beef Empanadas – lightly spiced beef pastries or Spanish meatballs or Andalucian chickpeas – cooked with tomatoes, smoked garlic and paprika

On booking guests are asked to select one dish from each of the four sections, so that we can have all the mise en place (weighing up) is done for your arrival on the course. All washing up will be done for you too.Recipe folios are provided for each guest, which they may then take home. The school provides aprons, all equipment and produce. Special diets may be catered for if advance warning is given.
All produce used is locally produced, in season, organic and free range wherever possible.
All guests are helped and guided throughout their stay by our trained teachers and chefs.
Start time 10am. We usually finish at about 1.30 pm. Home made nibbles, canapés and drinks are served throughout the session, you definitely will not go home hungry.The Cost of £80 includes all the produce you use and the dishes you take home.
