Thursday 25th September 2008

Vegetarian cuisine has become so very popular it is quite usual to entertain with this style of food.We will explore the exciting versatility and delicious possibilities now available to us due to the kaleidoscope of vegetables and abundance of readily available ingredients. I will be showing how to use a veg box - inspired by my brother who used to phone me on a weekly basis after the arrival of his veg box. He would describe soil clad vegetables which I had to identify and then explain exciting, but quick ways to cook the items. There are, I know, other people out there who struggle to use this lovely seasonal produce. To enquire about this course contact Claire on 0789 1122616
