YOUNG PERSON'S COOKERY COURSES 2014
Survival Cookery Course for Young People / Students / Teenagers
Half Day 65 (10am to 3pm)
Wednesday 23rd April 2014

Come and learn really useful skills for life. Menu planning, knife skills, how to eat well on a budget and avoid junk foods. We will show how to prepare easy meals that are tasty and quick, using rice, potatoes and pasta and great seasonal ingredients. We WILL get you hooked on cooking. Fun cookery days for teenagers - youngsters 14+. Everything is explained in full, so all abilities are welcome. We have made many reluctant novices into Foodies!
We have 1 chef/ teacher for every 4 guests, as well as kitchen porters to wash up and clear up for you. The course is suitable for novice and nervous cooks, beginners and youngsters. Great for gap year students and fits the Duke of Edinburgh Award criteria. !
